Wow, that was brutal. Following a humbling loss to the Brewers earlier in the series, the Cardinals showed up, and in a very big way. The final score read almost like a football score, settling at 11–3. Albert Pujols was responsible for almost half of those runs—an astonishing feat.
It’s a shame that there’s a travel day before the next matchup, the Cardinals left almost nothing left in the Brewer’s bullpin.
